How do I add a new messaging app?
Go to your dashboard and follow the setup flow. Public web chat and Telegram are available now, and private web chat through Tailscale is available on paid bots. Slack and Discord are not live hosted channels today.
Where can I find available skills?
Managed hosting uses a closed skill ecosystem. Curated skills are bundled with hosted personas on Pro.
Can I install my own custom skills?
No. Managed hosting does not allow public marketplace installs, plugin downloads, or third-party public skills. For custom requirements, contact support.
How do I add more bots?
Add bots from your dashboard. Start with a 7-day Pro trial, then continue on Pro at $20/month per bot after trial until the bot is destroyed. Running and paused bots both count. Paid bots include the hosted persona library.
What happens if my instance goes down?
We get alerted automatically if your bot goes down. We'll fix it as quickly as possible and keep you posted.
Can I get custom development done?
Yes. Custom integrations and enterprise onboarding can be scoped separately. Reach out through support or sales so we can route it correctly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage payment methods and invoices in Billing or contact support. Destroy each bot you no longer need; destroying a bot stops future hosting charges for that bot, but time already used in the current billing period can still be billed. We can help export your data if needed.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. If you need help with a billing issue, open a support ticket so the team can review the situation in context.
