How do I add a new messaging app?

Go to your OpenClaw dashboard, navigate to Integrations, and follow the setup wizard for your platform. You'll need API tokens from the messaging platform. Starter plans support 1 app, Pro supports 3, and Business has unlimited.

What counts as a 'configuration change'?

A configuration change includes: adding/updating API keys, installing skills, changing model settings, adjusting response behaviors, or modifying environment variables. It does NOT include: custom development, building new integrations, or training on custom data.

How do I request a configuration change?

Pro customers get 1 change per month, Business gets unlimited. Submit a request through the support chat or email support@openclawvps.com with details. We'll typically complete it within 24-48 hours.

What's the difference between Basic and Full skill library?

Basic library (Pro tier) includes 12 core skills: productivity, communication, and essential automation. Full library (Business tier) includes all 27 skills including advanced security, analytics, and development tools.

Can I install my own custom skills?

Yes! All plans can install custom skills you've developed. The skill library tiers only affect which pre-built skills from our library you can access.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Contact us through support chat or email. We'll prorate your upgrade and activate new features immediately.

What happens if my instance goes down?

Our monitoring will alert us automatically. For Starter (monthly checks), Pro (weekly), and Business (daily), we proactively watch for issues. Business customers also get same-day response for critical issues.

Can I get custom development done?

Yes! Custom integrations, skills, and features are available. Schedule a discovery call and we'll provide an estimate. Managed hosting customers get priority scheduling.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email support@openclawvps.com or use the support chat. We'll process your cancellation and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. We can also help export your data.

Do you offer refunds?

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but aren't refunded for partial months. Done-For-You setup packages are refundable only if we fail to successfully deploy your instance.
